About EFAC
EFAC (Education for all Children) was founded by Rod and Nancy VanSciver and Leah Marangue with the aim of providing a pathway out of poverty for bright and talented students in Kenya who have limited resources. This organization is dedicated to fostering leadership, economic opportunities, and social progress among disadvantaged Kenyan youth. EFAC offers an education-to-employment program that equips these students with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in the workforce.
The program also focuses on career development, ensuring that graduates are prepared for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead. Since its establishment in 2008, EFAC has supported over 600 scholars and has become a vital player in Kenya's education-to-employment sector. Its impact has been recognized by President Uhuru Kenyatta, who presented State Honors to Leah Marangu for her exceptional work in women's empowerment and equality.
