EFFAT is the European Federation of Food, Agriculture, and Tourism Trade Unions, dedicated to promoting decent work and fair pay throughout the entire supply chain, from farm to fork. Representing over 25 million workers across 37 European countries, EFFAT serves as a powerful voice for labor rights and social justice. With its 116 member trade unions, EFFAT actively engages with European institutions, employers' associations, and transnational companies to advocate for the rights and welfare of workers, ensuring their voices are heard and respected.

As a member of the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and the International Union of Food, Agricultural, Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, Tobacco, and Allied Workers' Associations (IUF), EFFAT has the influence and connections to drive positive change in various sectors. EFFAT's work spans across multiple industries, including food, agriculture, tourism, and domestic work.
