Effteco, short for Efficiency Technology Research Office, is the personal website of its founder, who writes under the pen name Efu Tекуo, rendered in English as “Efu Tекуo” from the Japanese name shown on the site. The name reflects his interest in efficiency technology and his background in IT. The site’s main focus is his experience with heart valve disease, atrial fibrillation, and open-heart surgery.

Through regularly updated blog posts, he recounts the events leading to surgery, shares reflections on recovery, and describes his health in the years since the operation. Now five years after surgery, he says he has regained his health. His account is intended to offer reassurance and practical perspective to people who are anxious about heart surgery or preparing to undergo it.

The website also includes contact details for questions, an overview of the office, and posts about topics such as travel and walking events. Effteco presents personal experience and written content rather than medical treatment or professional healthcare services
