The Exceptional Foundation of East Alabama is a nonprofit organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across communities in Alabama and Georgia. Founded in 2012 by four Auburn women, the organization creates opportunities for participants to thrive through social, recreational, and educational activities. Its programs are designed to promote healthy living, build social relationships, explore the arts, develop functional skills, and encourage community involvement.

Activities include creative experiences such as pottery, alongside opportunities involving art, music, and engagement. The foundation also supports families and caregivers by providing daytime care, helping caregivers work with greater peace of mind. It serves people residing in Lee, Chambers, Tallapoosa, Elmore, Montgomery, Macon, Bullock, and Russell Counties in Alabama, as well as Muscogee, Harris, and Troup Counties in Georgia.
