FORTAX is a Polish online accounting firm combining professional bookkeeping services with a digital platform for businesses. Its qualified accountants review and record clients’ documents, calculate taxes, prepare and submit tax declarations and JPK reports, and compile required ZUS filings. The team can also assist with correspondence and enquiries from tax authorities and ZUS, while providing guidance on starting a business, choosing a tax arrangement, and reviewing existing accounts.

Through the FORTAX e-accounting panel, clients can issue invoices, upload expense documents, access and print accounting records, and monitor taxes, social security contributions, settlements, and KPIR information around the clock. The system integrates with KSeF, supports access to archived documents, and can create payment batches for invoices. Clients receive a dedicated accounting contact, with support available by phone, email, or online, and meetings possible at the firm’s offices.

Accounting packages start at PLN 250 net per month, with fees varying by document volume. A separate invoicing software subscription starts at PLN 15 net per month and includes a 30-day free trial.
