Working in companies, they have broadened their perspective beyond financial aspects and developed themselves by working in parallel with logistics, sales, human resources, legal, and IT departments. They have particularly excelled in start-up organizations, implementing cost control measurements, ERP adaptation, transformation strategies, analysis and optimization of process flows, and project monitoring.

Eran Polat obtained a degree in German Business Administration from Marmara University and attended Istanbul Erkek Lisesi. He is fluent in Turkish, German, English, and Russian.

Feza Polat has over 20 years of experience in various management levels in international companies, primarily from Germany, Austria, and the United States. She specializes in creating and managing operational and financial business models, control, cost and profit center accounting, profitability analysis, and process management. She also has experience in company establishment and liquidation processes in Turkey. She has expanded her vision beyond financial aspects by working in parallel with logistics, sales, human resources, legal, and IT departments. Feza has an MBA from Okan University, a German Business Administration degree from Marmara University, and a Foreign Trade associate's degree from Anadolu University. She is fluent in Turkish, English, and German.
