EFPT

The European Federation of Psychiatric Trainees, or EFPT, is dedicated to shaping the future of psychiatry. They represent the consensus of psychiatric trainee associations across European countries and advocate for what training should look like, regardless of the country. With 37 full and 5 observer member countries, EFPT is a growing family.

EFPT offers a wide range of resources and services, including working groups focused on various areas such as Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Neuropsychopharmacology, Psychotherapy Research, and more. They also provide awards, like the StandOut Award and the EFPT Award for Excellence, honoring exceptional contributions.

EFPT hosts an annual forum where trainees can network and exchange knowledge. To get involved, you can join a working group, subscribe to their mailing list, apply for an exchange program, or attend their forum. EFPT is committed to supporting and empowering psychiatric trainees throughout Europe
