EFRC Eilanders

EFRC Eilanders, formally the Eerste Flakkeese Rugby Club, is a recreational rugby club on Goeree-Overflakkee in the Netherlands. Based at v.v. SNS in Stad aan ’t Haringvliet, the club brings together players who want to enjoy a good game of rugby in a welcoming, community-minded setting. EFRC was revived by a regular group of players who wanted to keep playing for the pleasure of the sport, and it is gradually growing into a full team. New players aged 17 and over are invited to learn more, join training sessions, and become members.

The club also takes part in “de Oude Meesters,” a veterans’ rugby initiative for players who no longer want or are able to play every week but would still like to join occasional matches. While the initiative is focused on players aged 35 and over, younger participants are welcome too. EFRC provides information about training, membership, its seasonal match schedule, and how to get in touch or find the club.
