A funeral director sets up the tribute and booklet, while family members add photos, readings, poems, service information and messages using a live preview. The page can remain private during preparation and goes live when the family is ready. Guests can open it on a phone, tablet or computer without downloading anything, and the family can share a link or print a QR-code notice.

The Order of Service is a four-page, page-turning booklet that can also be downloaded as a print-ready PDF and produced as an A5 keepsake. Families can choose from twelve themes and adjust colours, fonts, photos and wording. Matching printed items include A4 or A6 QR notices, fridge magnets, condolence and video books, and other keepsakes. Visitors can leave messages, which families choose whether to display and may preserve in a printed messages book.
