About EGAP
EGAP is the best school of Gastronomy and Culinary Art in Peru. With 5 years of experience in the field, EGAP aims to educate competitive professionals for the gastronomic industry, equipped with cutting-edge methodologies and the ability to develop innovative and sustainable proposals. The school offers three main programs: Professional Kitchen, Pastry, and Bartending, along with a Restaurant Management program.
EGAP takes pride in its team of experienced chef instructors and teachers.
