Eggimann Goldschmied

Jörg Eggimann Goldschmied is a Bern-based jewellery workshop creating individually designed pieces that unite contemporary style, skilled craftsmanship and ethical sourcing. A pioneer of fairtrade jewellery in Switzerland, goldsmith Jörg Eggimann has worked independently for more than 17 years. His collection includes fairtrade wedding and engagement rings, other rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets, as well as jewellery featuring gemstones.

The workshop prioritises Fairtrade gold from Max Havelaar, ökofair gold from EcoAndina, and gemstones and silver from fair trade sources. When requested or required for technical reasons, recycled precious metals or conventionally sourced gemstones may also be used. Eggimann’s approach reflects a commitment to more humane mining practices and responsible care for the environment, supported by controlled raw-material extraction intended to improve social and ecological standards.
