They even bought land in the Catskills, where they grow produce for the restaurant.

Little Egg's team consists of talented individuals, including chef/owner Evan Hanczor and dedicated staff members in the kitchen and dining room. In addition to their exceptional food, Little Egg collaborates with Tables of Contents (TOC) to create unique gatherings that combine food, literature, arts, and culture. TOC hosts monthly reading series and has even released a community cookbook.
