HOCKEY KR, also known as EGKR and Hockey Evolution Outaouais, is a goalie-training school based in Gatineau, Quebec. Founded by a passionate, active goaltender, the organization helps hockey goalies develop their skills and pursue their ambitions in an inclusive, positive environment. Its programs welcome young athletes at both elite and recreational levels, with an emphasis on learning, challenges, progression, and enjoyment.
EGKR offers goalie camps designed to build on skills developed during the hockey season, as well as private training tailored to each athlete’s specific needs and goals. Team sessions help strengthen coordination and synergy, while Sense Arena virtual-reality sessions provide a different way to practise. Training takes a varied, personalized approach to developing both physical and mental abilities.
