Egyenlítő Alapítvány is a brand that believes that building a career and becoming a leader is a universal, human ability independent of gender. They strive to make it natural and self-evident for both men and women to pursue this path. Despite the fact that nearly half of the economically active and employed population in Hungary are women, their social and economic roles are not in line with this representation.

Egyenlítő Alapítvány aims to initiate and support changes that will result in more female leaders in the Hungarian economy, culture, science, and politics. They focus on five main areas: regulation, building relationships and support, creating visibility, reducing everyday stereotype behavior, and addressing unconscious biases. Egyenlítő Alapítvány welcomes anyone who identifies with this goal and wants to contribute, regardless of gender, age, or affiliation.
