The Eastern Hudson Valley Horse Council (EHVHC) is a dedicated local chapter of the New York State Horse Council, serving the communities of Putnam, Westchester, and Dutchess counties. Our core mission focuses on education, advocacy, and preservation to ensure a sustainable future for horses in New York State. The EHVHC aims to provide a strong, unified voice for all equestrian interests, promoting the welfare of horses and the horse community.
We organize a variety of events, including horse shows and meetings, that encourage participation and engagement among members and the local community. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on public donations to support our initiatives, making contributions tax-deductible. With a commitment to fostering a vibrant equestrian culture, we welcome new members to join us in our pursuit of equine education and advocacy. Connect with us through our events and newsletters to stay updated on the exciting opportunities and initiatives we offer.
