Eiendomsfag, operated by Senter for eiendomsfag AS, is an independent Norwegian competence centre serving the property industry. Established in 1997, it provides practice-oriented continuing education shaped by the needs of the sector and supports professional development across property-related roles. Its educational offerings include the Rental Studies programme and standalone modules such as Practical Commercial Property Leasing, which covers the rental process from market analysis and viewings to negotiations and signed agreements. The centre also offers further training in areas such as security and emergency preparedness for property organisations.
Alongside education, Eiendomsfag creates professional and leadership networks where industry participants can share experience and gain insight. Its activities include events, an annual conference, alumni initiatives, professional articles, publications and a newsletter. The organisation describes its community as a major professional ecosystem for the property sector and operates as a fully advertising-free, independent arena for sharing best practices. Eiendomsfag’s overall focus is to strengthen expertise and support the continued professionalisation of property occupations through learning, connections and knowledge exchange.
