Eigenwallet

Formerly known as UnstoppableSwap, it offers peer-to-peer atomic swaps that let users exchange Bitcoin for Monero without creating an account. The project describes these swaps as battle-tested and designed to avoid frozen funds, fraud, scams, and identity checks. Users can also send and receive Monero, and EU customers can buy it with euros through SEPA.

Privacy is central to eigenwallet’s design: built-in Tor integration routes network activity through Tor to help protect users’ anonymity. As a self-custody wallet, it keeps control of funds with the user, who retains their own keys. The software is available for Linux, macOS, and Windows, with mobile support described as forthcoming. Its code is open source and presented as transparent and auditable, while ongoing development is sustained by donations from users who support financial privacy. eigenwallet also provides downloads, a changelog, and documentation, though its documentation is noted as a work in progress.
