Eight is a Japanese company that operates disability support services across Ibaraki Prefecture. Its facilities are organized under two brands: Eight Factory, which provides employment support for people with disabilities, and Kids Space, which supports children with disabilities and their families. The company aims to create welcoming environments where people can enjoy their time and experience progress in work, learning, and personal growth.

Eight Factory offers employment transition support and continuous employment support through facilities in Naka, Hitachi, Hitachiota, Hitachinaka, Hitachiomiya, Kitaibaraki, and Daigo. Kids Space provides child development support, after-school day services, and daytime temporary care at locations across the same communities. The facilities share sites in several areas, helping the company offer employment and child-focused services within local communities.

Eight also provides information about its services, answers frequently asked questions, and welcomes inquiries from people seeking disability welfare support. Prospective users and families can contact individual facilities to discuss services or arrange a visit. The company also recruits staff to work across its welfare facilities.
