Einfach Eltern® Akademie is a family education and training brand founded in 2013 by advisers and mothers Frauke Ludwig and Diana Schwarz. It focuses on attachment-oriented parenting and supports both families and professionals through practical, accessible education. Its offerings include training for people who want to lead parent–child courses, professional development for practitioners, and course concepts covering pregnancy through a child’s third year.

These include programs such as BabySteps, MaxiSteps, MommySteps, MiniSigns and sibling courses, delivered by trained instructors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Families can use the brand’s directory to find in-person and online courses near them. The academy also provides training in baby and toddler sleep consultancy, developed in cooperation with THEKLA®, alongside short courses and video-based learning.

Through its associated Trageschule Hamburg®, the founders train babywearing consultants who advise families on carrying their children. The founders also established the Attachment Parenting Congress, a professional learning and networking event for experts and interested parents
