Einfach Schmidt

Einfach Schmidt is an occupational therapy practice in Lünen, Germany, founded in 2021 by state-certified occupational therapist Magdalene Schmidt. The practice offers individualized care grounded in attentive listening, respectful partnership, and time for each person’s history, goals, and pace. It serves children, adults, and older people, with treatment tailored to their needs and everyday challenges.

Its four areas of therapy are motor-functional, neurological, pediatric, and psychofunctional occupational therapy. Services support people with limitations in movement, strength, or fine motor skills; those recovering from conditions such as stroke or living with Parkinson’s disease or multiple sclerosis; children with developmental or sensory needs; and people experiencing psychological difficulties, including depression or burnout. The shared aim is to help clients regain, maintain, or improve their ability to manage daily activities.

Einfach Schmidt welcomes patients covered by statutory and private health insurance and provides accessible premises. Treatment generally requires a medical prescription, while privately insured clients and self-paying individuals may attend without one.
