EIRYU

EIRYU brings together osteopathy, Budo martial arts, yoga, and de-escalation training under the guidance of Hayong Yun, a naturopath and osteopath. Based in Hannover, the practice takes a holistic, individual approach to health, supporting clients through osteopathy, acupuncture, and psychological counselling, with attention to each person’s needs and wellbeing.

The Budo programme offers instruction and seminars in Taijutsu and traditional Japanese martial arts, including techniques such as Bōjutsu, Kenjutsu, and Gyokko-ryū Kosshijutsu. Yoga offerings include classes, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and workshops, as well as residential retreats combining silence, meditation, and yoga. The organisation also delivers workplace de-escalation and self-protection seminars, alongside training focused on empathy and burnout prevention.

EIRYU provides a shop featuring martial arts study materials, yoga resources, and related products, as well as video-based learning, podcasts, and recommendations for further reading. Services take place at different venues in Hannover and elsewhere, with appointments and seminar information available through the organisation.
