About EISA Association
EISA Association is a globally recognized brand that brings together 60 special interest magazines and websites from 29 countries. Established in 1982, EISA gained prominence through its Expert Imaging and Sound Awards, which originally began as a collaboration between the editors-in-chief of five European photo magazines. Over the years, EISA expanded its remit to include panels dedicated to video, audio, home theatre, in-car electronics, and mobile devices.
In 2005, EISA introduced the Green Awards in partnership with prestigious institutions, focusing on sustainable technology. In 2013, EISA reorganized its structure into Expert Groups, allowing members to contribute to discussions in their respective fields of expertise. This transformation has led to more robust and relevant EISA Awards.
