Eithar is the Saudi Charitable Association for Organ Donation Activation in the Eastern Province, a nonprofit organization based in Dammam. It works to build public understanding of organ donation, address misconceptions and mistaken judgments, and support people living with organ failure. Its vision is to foster a community culture of donation that helps meet the need for organ donors among patients with organ insufficiency, contributing to a healthier society in line with Saudi Arabia’s aspirations.

Eithar’s work includes awareness campaigns, educational workshops, health-day activities, and initiatives that promote organ donation and blood donation. The association also provides services for beneficiaries, including registration, requests for additional services, and updates to beneficiary records. Its programs include support for patients receiving dialysis and organ transplants, as well as initiatives recognizing living donors and encouraging donation from deceased donors.
