Operated by Quantum Digital International Sdn. Bhd., the service is designed to help association committees replace time-consuming manual administration with a simple, accessible web application. It requires no installation, downloads, or local server, and can be accessed around the clock from computers, iPads, iPhones, and Android devices.

The system supports online member registration, membership-fee records, member claims, and reports. Committees can also generate and print letters in bulk, review membership information and outstanding fees, and use a basic accounting system. Its straightforward interface is intended to make routine tasks easier for busy committee members. ekhairat is offered at no charge, with a one-month free trial for new users; the provider also welcomes voluntary donations to support further development. Each congregation can register and use its own chosen domain. Assistance is available through the ekhairat Facebook page and the company’s contact channels.
