EKM3F

EKM3F, the École de Krav Maga & Workout des 3 Frontières, is a martial arts and fitness school located at 59 rue de Mulhouse in Saint-Louis, Haut-Rhin. Its approach combines self-defence, physical conditioning and activities that support confidence, balance and wellbeing. Classes are designed for children, teenagers and adults, with instruction adapted to different ages, experience levels and goals.

The school offers OIS Krav Maga, Fightness Évolution, Fight & Bag, and Bag & Workout. Krav Maga sessions focus on practical self-defence and technical progress, while the fitness and boxing-inspired options help participants build their physical skills. Yoga is also mentioned among the school’s activities. Children’s and teen classes emphasize motor development and managing emotions; adult programmes include self-defence and tailored progression. EKM3F also provides private coaching and hosts workshops and stages, including Krav Maga events, a Muay Thai and Krav Maga camp, and introductory shooting sessions offered in collaboration with ST Militaria using the OISTS method developed by Aaron Elbaze.
