EKOEX

EKOEX Jihlava is the environmental assessment practice of RNDr. Milan Macháček, an independent specialist with 25 years of experience and three authorizations from the Ministry of the Environment. The practice provides expert assessments and consulting on the environmental effects of projects and plans, with particular attention to nature, biodiversity and landscapes. Its services include preparing EIA notifications and documentation, independent review reports, and SEA evaluations of planning documents and other strategies. Areas of specialization include linear infrastructure, mining, recreation and sports projects, and municipal and regional land-use planning.

EKOEX also assesses potential effects on Natura 2000 sites and prepares expert reports on impacts to protected nature and landscape interests. This work can involve field surveys, evaluation of habitats and species, consultation with clients and project designers, and recommendations to prevent, reduce or address environmental impacts. Additional services include preliminary biological surveys, early identification of environmental constraints for proposed projects, and photography.
