Ekofarma Horní Zálezly is a family farm established in 1993 in the České Středohoří Protected Landscape Area, near Ústí nad Labem. The farm manages 123 hectares of agricultural land and combines livestock rearing with practical services for local customers. Its offerings include agricultural work, horse boarding in modernized stables, and firewood sales. Firewood is supplied as metre-length logs from deciduous trees, with prices varying by type.
The farm also raises cattle on pasture and sells beef from its own herd. It emphasizes natural conditions, considerate treatment of animals, and meat produced without pesticides or preventive antibiotic use, according to its website. Beef is offered through an order form when available, though the farm reports that its limited supply is currently sold out. Customers can contact the farm with questions or service enquiries.
Farm updates describe investments in equipment for producing cattle feed and maintaining meadows and pastures, as well as a refrigerated trailer to help deliver beef fresh.
