EkogeaUK

EkogeaUK is a brand that offers a unique solution called BioComplex, derived from ascophyllum nodosum, to enhance anaerobic digestion processes for both input and output. They provide BioComplex solutions for various applications such as home biogas enhancement, front-end and back-end optimization, slurry management, and animal health. For anaerobic digestion, Ekogea utilizes their award-winning, multi-stage, modular system that combines their proprietary BioComplex additive with cutting-edge mechanical technologies.

This system is designed to optimize biogas yields from different feedstocks, increase the viability of challenging feedstocks (including high percentage poultry litter), reduce retention times by half, improve digester stability, and decrease digestate volume, thereby reducing storage and transport costs. In addition, it also helps to minimize airborne and waterborne ammonia and enhances the NPK nutrient value of bio-fertilizer. With Ekogea's front-end and back-end enhancements, customers can expect substantially higher biogas yields, suitability for difficult feedstocks like chicken manure, improved digester stability, and concentration of digestate.

Their solutions comply with the highest waste water treatment standards. Ekogea's commitment to excellence in the industry is recognized by their 2019 AD and Biogas Industry Award for the best Biogas Plant Under 1MW. They have offices in both the northern and southern regions of the UK
