Ela Cake Academy is a specialist online education brand founded by cake decorator and instructor Elaheh Hassanzadeh. With five years of academy experience and a community of more than 2,300 students, it offers training in cake making, cake decoration, and two- and three-dimensional cake toppers. Its courses are designed to guide learners from basic techniques, such as coloring and shaping, to polished projects and the skills needed to accept customer orders.

The academy’s course selection includes “Master Trainer,” a structured program for aspiring professional topper makers and future instructors, as well as children’s topper-making classes. These teach creative modeling through simplified, age-appropriate activities; some lessons require no tools. The curriculum also includes cake recipes, filling, frosting, and decorating guidance. Ela Cake Academy provides free courses, including animal and flying-car toppers, alongside paid programs. The site highlights six months of support from its team and lifetime access to purchased course materials.
