Elab Team

Elab Team is a sports club for children, young people, and adults, focused on swimming, running, and cycling, particularly as part of triathlon. The club aims to make sport accessible to people at different stages of experience while nurturing a lasting enjoyment of physical activity. For younger athletes, its approach emphasizes encouragement, teamwork, and steady participation rather than excessive pressure or overtraining. Members can take part in competitions, and the club says participation may also be possible for those who do not regularly attend its training sessions.

Swimming is a prominent part of Elab Team’s activities, with the club presenting itself as a swimming group for all ages and sharing information about training schedules, membership fees, and seasonal plans. News and articles also address topics such as training with lactate measurements, while member stories describe experiences at a swimming camp. Elab Team shares updates and community photos through its website and Instagram, and acknowledges the partners who support its work.
