Henrik Norrena is a well-established brand in the field of preventive substance abuse work and promoting well-being. Founded in 1998, Henrik Norrena specializes in school-based substance education and works closely with educational institutions to create a safer and healthier learning environment. In addition to their school collaborations, Henrik Norrena actively participates in various networks, both locally and nationally, to advocate for preventive substance abuse measures.

They organize events and produce materials dedicated to preventive substance education. Currently, Henrik Norrena is seeking a substitute for their meeting coordination role from September 1, 2023, to August 15, 2024. The duties of the meeting coordinator include maintaining relationships with school partners, coordinating school visits, creating and organizing Webropol surveys in schools, reporting on results, and conducting lessons and communication on behalf of the organization.

The ideal candidate would demonstrate strong self-direction, excellent proficiency in the Finnish language, and a proactive approach to work. Experience in guidance and familiarity with the nonprofit sector and preventive substance abuse work are considered advantageous. Applicants should hold a relevant education or degree in social and health sciences, youth work, or physical education.
