Sobaos El Andral is a family-owned brand dedicated to the artisanal production of traditional Pasiegos-style sobaos and quesadas. Located in Selaya, Cantabria, this brand produces and distributes the most authentic and traditional products from the Valles Pasiegos region. The name El Andral comes from the name of the neighborhood where their farm, workshop, and family house are located.
Their products are made with natural and high-quality ingredients sourced from their own organic farm, following a traditional production process. Sobaos El Andral is also committed to the environment, from the production of raw materials to the packaging of the final product. With over 25 years of experience, Alicia, the driving force behind this family project, along with her sons Manuel and José Ángel, ensures that each product reflects the rich culinary heritage of the Pasiegos region.
