Elator Division

Elator Drives GmbH develops and manufactures practical mobility solutions in Germany, with a focus on electric push-assist devices that help people with temporary or chronic mobility limitations travel farther and more comfortably. Its elator drive range includes the RS model for wheelchairs, the FG model for seating-shell frames, and the RL model, which comes with a rollator. The devices connect to compatible equipment and let users stand on a powered platform while a companion guides them, helping both manage slopes, longer distances, and everyday outings with less effort.

The system offers three forward speeds of 2, 4, and 6 km/h, plus reverse, with a hand-operated throttle that can be fitted on either side. Depending on the battery, range is up to approximately 12 or 16 km; the removable battery can be charged on or off the device. The platform weighs 8.5 kg including the battery, and the maximum user load is 130 kg.
