Elbcoast Guiding

Elbcoast Guiding is a fishing guide service based in Hamburg, led by owner and head guide Angelo Aykurt. Officially recognized as a Hamburg fishing guide under the city’s fishing regulations, the team offers guided angling experiences in the Hamburg region, including the port, the Northern Elbe and the Southern Elbe. Its tours include shore fishing, bellyboat fishing, after-work outings and night fishing with wobblers, as well as trips to Spain’s Ebro River. Some outings are available to participants without a fishing licence under the applicable Hamburg rules.

The guides focus on helping guests enjoy their time on the water while building practical skills in predator fishing, especially for zander. They share knowledge about reading waterways, choosing and presenting lures, and adapting to changing conditions, while also fishing current productive spots. The team includes bellyboat expert Manuel Kramer. Elbcoast Guiding also arranges fishing events for companies, clubs and groups of friends. Its approach emphasizes responsible fish handling, respect for fishing regulations and keeping fishing locations clean.
