El Cambio Academy is a brand dedicated to making a change in the lives of young individuals. With the meaning of the change in Spanish, El Cambio Academy provides opportunities for personal growth and development. We are proud to offer full scholarships to 50+ students who attend our academy, selected through a rigorous recruitment process.

Our goal is to expand our impact and welcome even more students in the future. In addition to our main academy, we have established over 60 satellite academies as part of our commitment to giving back to the community. We actively support these satellite academies by providing training clinics and equipment regularly.

At El Cambio Academy, our process begins with thorough scouting and selection of athletes based on their football skills, ability to learn, and character. Those who pass the initial selection undergo a trial period at our academy. Upon completion, we offer 8-year scholarships to selected players, providing them with access to our world-class education, football, and character development programs.

Education is a key pillar of our philosophy, and we ensure that all our students excel not only on the football field but also in the classroom. With our coaching experience and footballing philosophy, we aim to create world-class athletes. Moreover, our unique character development program helps build strong characters and shapes the minds of Africa's future role models.
