Bodega el Capricho es un emprendimiento familiar localizado en Villa del Carmen (Durazno), Uruguay. Nace a partir del capricho de dos grandes amigos y emprendedores Dirk y Paul, de llevar a cabo su sueño de tener una pequeña bodega propia, para elaborar pocas botellas de la más alta calidad, en una región privilegiada para la producción de vinos exclusivos. Dirk llega de su Alemania natal a los 23 años a Argentina, en búsqueda de nuevas experiencias laborales, y allí conoce a Paul quien se convertiría en su mentor, socio, gran amigo y familia. Años más tarde, luego de una amplia búsqueda en los campos Uruguayos, compran una pequeña bodega con 7 hectáreas de viñedos, en un pequeño pueblo cercano a la ciudad de Durazno. Es así como dan inicio a este hermoso proyecto, incentivados por su eterno deseo de embotellar sus sueños. ------------------------------------------------------------------- El Capricho Winery is a family business located in Villa del Carmen (Durazno), Uruguay. It was born from the whim of two great friends, Dirk and Paul, to make true their dream of owning a small winery, to produce few bottles of wine of the highest quality in a privileged region. Dirk came from his native Germany to Argentina, at the age of 23, in search of new job experiences. There he meets Paul who became his mentor, partner, friend and family. Many years later, after an extensive search of the Uruguayan countryside, they bought a small winery with 7 hectares of vineyards in a small village near Durazno City. This is how this beautiful project begins, encouraged by their eternal desire to bottle their dreams.
