About Eldercare GB
ElderCare Inc. is a nonprofit organization serving older adults in Central and Southwest Kansas. Its mission is to help people maintain an optimal quality of life by supporting their ability to remain safely and with dignity in their homes and communities.
The organization administers Friendship Meals across a 28-county area of southwest Kansas. Meals are served five days a week in 35 participating communities, with options for homebound individuals and customers who dine at community sites. ElderCare reports that 47 percent of meals are delivered to people at home, while 53 percent are served at community dining locations.
