ElderHealth & Living Memory Village is an Oregon-based memory care community established in 2006, serving older adults with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss. Located in Springfield, the community provides residential care in a setting designed to offer comfort, personal freedom, and opportunities to thrive. Its nine homes each feature a central, open kitchen and outdoor space, with capacity for 10 to 11 residents.
Alongside residential care, Memory Village offers adult day care for people living at home who need assistance with personal care and activities, giving family care partners time for a break. Overnight respite stays are available for a single night or several weeks. The community also provides support groups and educational training for families, caregivers, medical professionals, and the public. Its ten-week Living With Memory Loss series runs three times a year. The Club, a cognitive wellness program for people in the early to moderate stages of memory loss, is listed as coming soon.
