E-learning for Public Health

E-Learning for Public Health is an innovative web-based platform designed to enhance the skills and competencies of health professionals through interactive online courses. With a focus on tobacco control and primary health care management, it offers a variety of learning opportunities including basic and advanced courses, such as the Basic Course on Tobacco Control and the Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Primary Health Care Management. Leveraging a multi-faceted teaching methodology, the platform promotes live interactions between students and facilitators and supports the development of an e-portfolio.

The initiative has successfully trained over 300 international public health professionals across more than 60 countries, contributing to the enhancement of over 50 competencies in the field. With 80 elite experts guiding the courses, E-Learning for Public Health stands out as a vital resource for public health education. It aims to unite evidence, best practices, and knowledge to empower stakeholders in combating tobacco use and fostering healthier communities globally.
