Eleas Thea is a family olive oil brand from Chania, Crete, producing organic, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from the Goumenakis family’s olive trees. The groves are in Glossa, near Voukolies, on sunny hills in the southern part of the island. The family harvests its olives early in the season, offering oils that retain the beneficial ingredients associated with an early harvest.

Its range includes unfiltered extra virgin olive oil in 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre sizes, as well as a 500 ml bottle of Agourelaio, an early-harvest extra virgin olive oil. The Goumenakis family continues a tradition of olive cultivation begun by its ancestors centuries ago, combining that heritage with modern practices. The producers emphasize pure methods, environmental respect and care for consumers, and say they use no added chemicals, relying on lubrication from domestic animals such as horses.
