Electricity Monster

Electricity Monster is an Australian electricity and gas broker focused on helping households and eligible businesses find energy plans that may better suit their needs. Operating under new ownership, the brand reviews customers’ current bills and plans, then explains options available through its partner energy providers. Its service is free and carries no obligation for eligible small residential and business tariff customers; large commercial tariffs are not included in the free service.

Customers can speak with an energy expert by calling, request a callback at a convenient time, or contact the team by email. Electricity Monster says it is adding more energy partners, so the range of available options may grow. The broker does not compare every provider or plan in the market, and availability can vary according to factors such as location, network, meter configuration and customer circumstances. Some plans may only be available by phone or online, and discounts and rates can differ. Electricity Monster receives referral fees from partner providers.
