Electric Miles is a technology brand providing an operating layer for electric vehicle charging. Its platform connects charge point operators, installers, asset holders, energy partners and drivers through tools for charger operations, commissioning, smart charging and grid flexibility. Designed to work with chargers using the open OCPP standard, the suite brings operational workflows together in one connected environment.

emPACT is the enterprise charge point management system for managing chargers, sessions, tariffs, drivers, access rules, diagnostics and reporting. The Electric Miles app lets drivers boost or schedule charging, use Smart Charge, and review charging history and costs. Installer Miles is a field app that helps certified installers onboard, configure and test supported chargers, then create handover records. SmartFlex helps turn controllable charging into a flexible energy resource, supporting grid-event dispatch, site constraints, flexibility reporting and vehicle-to-grid trading where suitable bidirectional chargers are used.
