Elektra Elektronik

Elektra Elektronik is a Turkish electrical engineering and manufacturing company founded in 1980 to produce transformers. With more than four decades of experience, it designs and manufactures solutions for power conversion, energy quality, compensation and medium-voltage applications. The company serves customers in Turkey and international markets, exporting to more than 50 countries and working with businesses in sectors including construction, industry, rail systems, automation, healthcare, defense and maritime. It also has an office in China.

Its product range includes control, isolation, autotransformers, medical transformers and motor-starting autotransformers. Elektra also supplies harmonic, shunt, line and motor-drive reactors; compensation equipment such as low-voltage capacitors, discharge units, inductive load controllers and thyristor-switched static contactors; and harmonic solutions including sine, passive and active filters. Medium-voltage offerings include capacitors and current-limiting reactors.

Elektra states that it develops its solutions through in-house design and production, drawing on its engineering expertise and research and development capabilities. Its manufacturing emphasizes international quality standards and defined insulation classes, with copper or aluminium conductors used in its windings.
