Elektro HTM

Elektro HTM is a South Tyrol electrical engineering and building automation company specializing in Loxone Smart Home solutions. Based in Dorf Tirol, it works with homeowners, hotels, holiday businesses and other demanding projects, providing support from initial consultation and planning through installation, programming, commissioning and ongoing service. Its approach connects a building’s essential systems so they work together rather than requiring separate manual control.

Solutions can integrate lighting and lighting scenes, blinds and shading, heating and climate control, photovoltaic systems, energy storage, heat pumps, electric vehicle charging, security, access control and audio. The company also offers maintenance and care for existing Loxone systems, including installations taken over from other providers. Its completed projects include hotels, multi-unit residences, private homes and smart-home retrofits across the region.

Visitors can experience the technology at Elektro HTM’s Loxone showroom in Dorf Tirol, where building functions are demonstrated in a real-life setting. The company also presents Ambient Assisted Living solutions, using automation features such as lighting, presence detection, notifications, access and climate control to support everyday living.
