About Elementa DDHH
Elementa DDHH is a brand that aims to be a reference in the creative use of law as a tool for social change. They are a multidisciplinary and feminist team that works from a socio-legal and political approach to contribute to the construction and regional strengthening of human rights. With a focus on truth, justice, and reparation, Elementa develops methodologies for research, training, and legal design to ensure effective access to justice.
They also advocate for a shift away from the prohibitionist approach to drug policy, towards legislation and public policies that prioritize human rights and public health. Elementa offers services such as building viable legal scenarios, socio-legal research and analysis, human rights training, and assistance to public institutions and collectives.
