Elemental Energies

Elemental Energies is a technical partner for the evolving energy industry, supporting clients with complex engineering projects and technical and commercial decision-making. Its integrated teams combine expertise in subsurface, wells, facilities, project management and decommissioning, drawing on global partnerships and experience across onshore, offshore and subsea developments. The company serves oil and gas, carbon capture and storage, geothermal, hydrogen and decommissioning markets, helping projects progress from early assessment and planning through design, execution, operations and closure.

Services include end-to-end project and well management; subsurface studies, geochemistry and reservoir analysis; well technology and engineering; and facilities feasibility, design, optimisation and integrity support. Elemental Energies also provides late-life and decommissioning strategies, well plugging and abandonment, and asset and subsea infrastructure removal and disposal. For carbon capture projects, it supports development from emitters to reservoirs, while its geothermal and hydrogen work integrates subsurface, wells and facilities expertise. Training programmes combine eLearning, in-person instruction and practical scenarios to build skills across the well lifecycle.
