Elements Equine

Elements Equine Bodyworks is a San Diego County program offering Western horse training and equine bodywork, with an emphasis on ethical horsemanship, sound movement, and clear communication between horse and rider. Founded by Natalie, a certified Equinology practitioner who is fully insured, the business serves beginner through advanced riders and welcomes horses of all breeds and backgrounds.

Training is tailored to each horse and rider, building balance, confidence, biomechanics, and a strong partnership. The program specializes in stock-type horses and Western disciplines, including Western horsemanship, ranch riding, and reining fundamentals. Services can support young horses, address training challenges, develop all-around prospects, or help riders improve their horsemanship.

Equine bodywork sessions combine sports massage, trigger-point work, soft-tissue mobilization, the Lazaris Nerve Release Technique, and postural exercises to support comfortable movement and athletic performance. Natalie is an approved practitioner of the technique. Massage services are available throughout San Diego County, with travel outside the area considered for groups of three or more horses.
