Elephant Centrum is a family-focused centre in Trenčín, Slovakia, offering courses, activities and support for expectant parents, mothers, babies and children. Founded in 2020 by midwife Mgr. Lucia Ďurišová, the centre draws on her experience in maternity care and antenatal education, alongside a team of women’s and family-care professionals.
Its services include preparation for birth, lactation counselling, exercise during pregnancy and after childbirth, baby massage, pregnancy and other massages, and activities for parents with babies. The centre also offers courses for children, educational workshops for parents, public events and children’s birthday celebrations. Its programmes aim to help families prepare for pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, while creating opportunities to learn and build a bond with a child.
Elephant Centrum is based at Námestie sv. Anny 15 in Trenčín and operates as a civic association. With the motto “With love for you and your children,” it welcomes families seeking practical guidance, movement and shared experiences in a supportive setting
