Elevate: Equine Assisted Therapy is a community-focused organization based in Saint Johns, Michigan, serving children and people with disabilities in the Greater Lansing area. Its work is built around the belief that interactions with horses can support personal growth, wellbeing, and physical activity. Elevate works with people with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and anxiety, using games and structured activities to help participants build social skills, strengthen self-esteem, develop positive coping strategies, and increase emotional intelligence.

The organization offers seasonal services in spring, summer, and fall. Its group lessons are available in 30-minute and 45-minute sessions, with participants working toward therapeutic goals alongside an equine partner both on the ground and in the saddle. Prices listed are $30 for a 30-minute lesson and $45 for a 45-minute lesson. To improve access, Elevate has added a wheelchair-accessible wagonette, access trax, and a hippo-lib saddle adapter, supported by a grant from the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.
