Elevate Scholars is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports high-achieving students with disabilities as they pursue college, develop as leaders, and prepare to thrive beyond the classroom. Founded by Aidan Cadley, the organization aims to create opportunities for students by recognizing disability and talent as important forces for leadership and change.

Its program connects scholars with partner universities that offer full cost-of-attendance scholarships. Alongside financial support, Elevate Scholars provides ongoing one-to-one mentorship, campus liaisons, and alumni support to help students navigate college and build lasting connections. The organization also offers leadership development through workshops and speaking coaching, as well as curated internship placements with inclusive employers.

Students can learn about eligibility criteria, university matching, application requirements, and timelines through the organization’s resources. Elevate Scholars also invites people to get involved by referring a student or making a donation. With its combination of scholarship access, personal guidance, and professional development, the organization seeks to help scholars succeed in college and carry their abilities into leadership and future opportunities.
